The Five Residences by Karl Lagerfeld Offer Panoramic Views of Sea and Mountains
Five luxury villas, located in Marbella, can boast stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and wear the brand of Karl Lagerfeld.
For its latest architectural project, the late designer cooperated with Spanish property developer Sierra Blanca Estates to build five unique houses that will bring a new standard of well-being, sustainability, and environmental values.
Karl Lagerfeld’s new residences are made of sustainable materials and are supported by The One Atelier, which provides support in the design and marketing of real estate projects. The company’s main goal is to bring Karl’s vision of simple luxury to life, combining it with the beauty of the landscape and environment. The residential complex is located between the Penibaetic mountains and the coastline, offering the visitors a stunning panoramic view.
The project’s end date is not yet known, and additional details will be announced in a few months when the sales of the villas begin.
Back in 2019, Lagerfeld stepped up his involvement in hotels and residential buildings. The luxury hotel, with a capacity of 270-rooms, was created by the designer in Macau. He originated the project in 2014, which was pronounced a six-star hotel, and it is going to arrive by the end of the year.
