Teatum Jones Presented the Global Womanhood 2022 Collection Using Archival Material
Teatum Jones’ 2022 collection which was showcased during Copenhagen Fashion Week, presented innovations in zero-waste fashion. The brand from London collaborated with Liberty Fabrics to create designs that are made of archival material, including damaged sewing fabrics and materials that were once forgotten. Twelve fabrics were chosen for the collection, including iconic Liberty prints. And each of the materials was given a new life in blue and fuchsia colors.
Each textile from Global Womanhood 2022 is designed by hand and is truly unique. The balance of color and Liberty design aesthetic minimize waste in dye development and production in general. The collection consists of oversized coats, suits with belts, and dresses with gathered sleeves.
