Now with summer approaching, more and more attention from the fashion industry is paid to the upcoming resort collections. On this occasion, Chanel recently announced that Angèle will become the face of its forthcoming collection, which will be called Coco Beach.

The collection will debut in May 2021 at the seasonal Chanel boutique located in Saint-Tropez, France. And it also will be available in another temporary boutique placed on Jeju Island in South Korea. The brand also added that the collection will be presented and available for purchase in some boutiques of the brand all around the world. This is going to take place in the mid dates of June.

The Coco Beach line was designed by Karl Lagerfeld in 2018 when the famous creator was still alive. Today it has been interpreted by Virginie Viard, who was inspired by the founder of the company Coco Chanel who loved the sea, sun, and outdoor life.

Angèle Van Laeken who is better recognized as Angèle is a Belgian pop singer whose 2018 single “Tout oublier” made her famous not only in Belgium but also in France.

The collection reflects the freedom, the state of relaxation, and the joy of life that it spreads. For the summer collection, the most important thing is comfort, designers say about the future launch.
