Louis Vuitton Has Presented Pre-Fall 2022 Line, on Which Virgil Abloh’s Worked
Louis Vuitton has revealed Pre-Fall 2022 collection for men. The line became the last one on which Virgil Abloh worked. The men’s collection of the 2022 season was completed and filmed before the death of the great designer.
As in his previous work for the brand, the designer has combined formal, work, and sportswear styles. The range includes suits with shorts instead of classic trousers, sports seats that are made of leather and jacquard, a puffy windbreaker jacket, and even skirts for men.
To create the line, Abloh collaborated with a Milanese tattoo artist. The illustrations became the basis for prints, embroidery, and jacquard weaving. The unusual looks are completed with big fur headphones, as well as bright panamas, and baseball caps with a veil, which are reminiscent of the outfit of beekeepers.
