Liu Jo Sued Kendall Jenner, the Model Missed the Photoshoot and Didn’t Return the Fee
Italian clothing brand Liu Jo has filed a lawsuit against Kendall Jenner for violating the terms of a modeling contract. According to the contract, the model was supposed to take part in two photo sessions but appeared only in one. The second shooting was scheduled for March 2020, but the organizers were forced to move the date due to the pandemic.
Liu Jo says they offered to postpone filming until Fall 2020- at any time Kendall is comfortable with. However, the model not only refused to compromise but also did not return the received fee. Even before the pandemic, the brand paid Jenner 1.3 million dollars for two photoshoots. So now Liu Jo plans to receive both this money and compensation for the disrupted shooting, as they urgently had to look for another model and rework the entire concept. Kendall’s representatives deny the allegations and say the brand itself is to blame.
