Italian Digital Influencer Chiara Ferragni Is Now a New Ambassador of GHD
Chiara Ferragni was chosen to be the new beauty ambassador of the international GHD brand. Now, the Italian celebrity will border a global advertising campaign for the brand’s new hair product.
The news arrived on Tuesday when Ferragni shared images of her showing the brand’s products to millions of her followers on Instagram.
The relationship between the star and the brand is not new, the brand for haircare from Britain and Ferragni have been working together on social media campaigns for two years.
But, this is the first time when GHD has hired a media star to become the face of the hair brand. This was done to celebrate the brand’s 20th anniversary. It was later explained that they choose Ferragni for her openness and connection with the modern generation that she constantly maintains in social media. In addition, she is an entrepreneur with a unique style that perfectly reflects the energy of the brand.
Good Hair Day was founded in 2001 and presented the first styler suitable for using salons or at home. Then, the company introduced a variety of professional brushes, along with its first hairdryer. Now, the brand’s products are used by 200,000 stylists and are available for purchase in more than 30 countries.
Ferragni was also named a global brand ambassador of Bulgari on May 10. A week later, she revealed her joint work with Nespresso. The collaboration offers coffee machines available in limited quantities, along with capsules and mugs, designed with Ferragni’s logo. Ferragni is also an ambassador of Pantene and manages the Lancôme campaigns.
