Blackpink’s Jisoo Fans Break at Dior Show Which Opened Paris Fashion Week
The first day of Paris Fashion Week began with a huge crush. The fashion show was opened by Dior. However, not everyone came there to see the new collection of Maria Grazia Chiuri. Thousands of people were running towards the venue with placards in order to greet the member of the South Korean group Blackpink. Fans wanted to see one of the group’s members, Kim Jisoo, who attended the show as a fashion brand ambassador.
A 26-year-old Kim is a South Korean singer, actress, and model. The group debuted in 2016, and in addition to Jisoo, the group includes Rose, Lisa, and Jennie. The K-pop star chose a mini dress with ancient Greek patterns from the latest collection of the fashion house, a miniature Lady Dior bag, and black platform shoes.
Maria Grazia Chiuri, who became the first woman in the history of the brand to take the position of creative director, presented a collection inspired by the youth revolution of the 60s and based on the ideas of clean lines, minimalism, and optimism. The scenery for the defile was created by 85-year-old Italian artist Anna Paparotti, who invented and painted a board game half a century ago.
The designer worked with the archives of the fashion house, based on sportswear, painting coats and skirts in fluorescent colors. The collection turned out colorful, brilliant, and truly modern. Chiuri presented A-line doll dresses, petite costumes, and tennis dresses. The line also includes coats and skirts, mini dresses, and bright prints.
