16 Months Later, Off-White Hold Its First Show and Presented a New Platform
After 16 months, Off-White held its first offline event that took place in Paris on Sunday. Parisian brand, managed by Virgil Abloh, made changes not only to its collection: now all items can be purchased immediately after the show.
The collection began with Bella Hadid, who appeared in a short blue dress that was complemented by high boots. In addition, the brand presented a new platform called Laboratory of Fun. This is a mixed platform channel that combines fashion and art together by showing artists and their works. For example, some items from the collection featured exclusive art prints, while others were adorned with embroidery, designed by a specific author.
Velour dresses and accessories were colored in electric blue that predominated in the outfits presented at the show. The palette was also completed with orange and gray colors.
What’s more, the new accessories were presented- in the form of knitted masks with horns. Interestingly, Abloh decided to give horns to the men participating in the show.
